Helpful, transparent, flexible, and hardworking
Yes, there may be ups and downs at any facility, and different residents have different needs, but to me the important thing is knowing how well management and staff address the comfort and needs of both the resident and family. From what I have now observed, it’s not an easy task but Berman certainly makes the effort, and it shows.
Bottom line, I would recommend Berman Commons to anyone who is searching for a ‘home’ for someone they are trying to help.
