Jewish HomeLife (JHLC) and Jewish Family & Career Services (JF&CS) announced the transition of several services that eliminate a competitive approach to serving older adults while generating the greatest social return on the community’s investment in the services provided by both organizations. The agreement reached will formally transition JF&CS’ Legacy Home Care Services to JHLC’s The One Group, while shifting JHLC’s Care Coordination Services to JF&CS. Click here for more information
