Leadership Development

The Emerging Leadership Initiative is a 15 month program that includes 8 months of learning followed by a six month group project. We are looking for people who are interested in the Aging Journey: what that means for our Jewish community, Greater Atlanta and the United States as a whole.

This program will focus on the inner workings of Jewish HomeLife and also delve into larger issues centered around Aging. Learning sessions will be held either in the evenings or on a Sunday afternoon and will average 3 hours in length. We are seeking participants who will not only complete the entire program, but who want to remain involved with the organization after this initial program.

This program is by invitation only. You have been nominated to apply by someone in our organizational leadership. Please complete the application below. Tentative learning session dates are below.
