Everyone wants to live better and longer, but sometimes the pressure of doing what “they” say “you should” can be an impediment to making the positive changes that are right for you. Taking care of ourselves physically and emotionally as we age is possible, and even preferable, when we stop giving in to artificial assumptions about healthy aging and embrace our own path to living well.
