JEWISH TOWER RECEIVES NATIONAL COMMUNITY OF QUALITY™ CERTIFICATION

[Nov. 2021 – Atlanta, GA] The Jewish Tower recently received national recognition by earning the Community of Quality® award for outstanding management. Presented by The National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA), the Communities of Quality® (COQ) National Recognition program provides affordable housing properties a standard of excellence in the way they are maintained and managed, the services they provide residents, the experience and training of personnel, and other criteria.

To be recognized as a National Community of Quality® (COQ), The Jewish Tower received a high score based on six criteria: Physical Inspections; Employee Credentials; Financial Management; Programs and Services; Endorsements; and Photographs and Reports.

“The Jewish Tower is among the select few that have achieved the very highest standard of excellence in property management and in the provision of services to lower-income families. These services enable residents to attain high levels of self-sufficiency and success in their lives and for their families,” commented Kris Cook, CAE, Executive Director of NAHMA.

Open to all, the Jewish Tower in Buckhead offers affordable housing to adults age 62 and above with low to moderate incomes. Rent is subsidized by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for those who meet their qualifications, but The Tower can also accommodate those able to pay market-rate rent. The Jewish Tower is part of Jewish HomeLife, a non-profit network of residential communities and at-home care services located in Buckhead, Dunwoody and Johns Creek.
